I've spent the last 15 years inside the Brazilian ecosystem — in startups, scale-ups, agribusiness, B2B companies in growth mode. I've seen firsthand what works, and more importantly, what breaks when structure doesn't keep up with growth.
Baseli was born from that observation. Most consultancies work on isolated parts — they reposition brand, or structure commercial, or improve product. The gap is always in the connection between the parts. That gap is exactly what I solve.
I don't work with many clients at the same time. Maximum 2–3 active projects. Because the work I do requires real presence — not frameworks delivered in a report.
