Fluere Agro came in with a real product — carbon tracking and monetization technology for Brazilian agribusiness. The model worked. But the structure didn't keep up with the potential.

The work

Strategic infrastructure from the foundation.

We started with the Audit — a diagnosis that mapped the real gaps. Three core problems: diffuse ICP, value proposition disconnected from the market, and absence of a structured commercial engine.

Then the Build — 10 weeks of restructuring. ICP defined with precision in the Brazilian agribusiness context. Value proposition built to resonate with large producers and carbon funds. Sales playbook created from scratch. Integration of product ↔ commercial ↔ narrative.
